Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Home Improvement Services

    This section applies to all home improvement services including Solar Removal & Reinstall, Critter Guard Installation, and Panel Cleaning.

    3-Day Right to Cancel

    Per California Business & Professions Code Section 7159, you have the right to cancel any home improvement contract within three (3) business days after receiving a signed copy of the contract.

    • Cancellation deadline: Midnight of the third business day after contract signing
    • Business days: All calendar days except Sundays and federal holidays
    • How to cancel: Submit a written cancellation request via email, mail, or delivery to our office

    Refund Processing

    • Within 3-day period: Full deposit refund within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation notice
    • After 3-day period: No refunds once work has commenced. If work has not begun, please contact us to discuss options.

    2. Equipment-Only Orders

    This section applies to equipment purchases that do not include installation services, such as Tesla Cell Kits and WiFi Kits.

    Return Policy

    • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
    • Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging
    • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Refund timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used equipment
    • Custom-ordered or special-order items
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse

    3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

    • Your order or contract number
    • Your name and contact information
    • Reason for cancellation or return

    4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

    • Completed services
    • Services where work has already commenced (after 3-day cancellation period)
    • Custom-ordered equipment or materials
    • Opened or installed equipment
